PickleballGalaxy's Return/Exchange Policy
We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you! Here’s how it works:
- Simple Returns: No need to call us or request a return authorization number. Just send your items back using any trackable shipping method, and hold on to the tracking number. We don’t charge restocking fees!
- Fast Processing: We’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business once we receive it. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out to you directly.
- For the sake of expediency: We invite you to send your item in as a return and place a new order for your desired items. This results in you getting your gear you want quicker! We are happy to offer returns + reorders as well as exchanges. Whichever suits you better
You can return any equipment within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it meets our return requirements/conditions (See below). Just pack the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, phone number, and how you’d like us to process the return (refund or exchange).
We’ll refund you the full cost of the item, minus any original shipping charges and any upgrades (e.g., regripping, protection tape). If you received free items with your purchase, these must also be returned, or you will be charged for them.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We accept FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please ship your item using a trackable shipping method (and save your tracking number). PickleballGalaxy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping back to us.
If you do not have access to an economical ship method; please reach out to us at [email protected]. We may be able to provide a shipping label and deduct the cost from your return.
For exchanges, the value of the returned item(s) will be applied toward your new purchase, and you’ll just need to cover the shipping for the new item.
30 Day Paddle Return Policy
We know how important it is to find the perfect paddle! That’s why we offer a 30-day return window. If your paddle doesn’t meet your needs or feel just right, you can easily send it back for a refund or exchange—no need to call ahead.
***This return period allows you to enjoy using the paddle after purchase, but it’s NOT meant for trying out multiple options with the intent to return. If you're interested in exploring different/multiple paddles, we kindly ask you to check out our Demo Program . We want to ensure a fair process, so please note that we may deny returns in cases of policy misuse, including:
- Purchasing multiple paddles and returning most or all of them used
- Excessive returns of used paddles within a 12-month period
- Significant wear or damage within the 30-day period
- Returning paddles with signs of misuse: Submitting returns that show evidence of being used inappropriately or for unintended purposes
While you decide, please treat the paddle as if you’re planning to keep it and enjoy your normal gameplay. Send all returns to:

PickleballGalaxy's Shoe Return Policy
We want you to love your new shoes! To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Original Condition: Shoes must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. THAT INCLUDES:
- All original tags attached
- Packaging, including boxes and any protective materials
- Accessories, such as extra laces or insoles, if included with your purchase
- Indoor Try-On: You’re welcome to try your shoes on indoors! To maintain their condition:
- Please only wear them on a clean, dry surface
- Avoid any outdoor use or exposure to dirt, moisture, or harsh conditions
- Signs of Use: For Shoes to qualify for a return:
- Shoes must show no visible signs of wear or damage. This includes scuff marks, creases, or any alteration to the shoe
- Any footwear that appears to have been worn outside or shows signs of use will be denied return.
- Secure Packaging: Please package the shoes securely in their original box. Then, place that box inside a sturdy shipping box to protect it during transit. This helps prevent damage and ensures the shoes remain in pristine condition for resale.
- Avoid Direct Labeling: We kindly ask that you do not tape, write on, or place shipping labels directly on the original shoe box. This helps us maintain the quality of the box for future customers.
- Surcharge for Improper Packaging: If the original shoe box is used as the outer shipping box, a surcharge of [10%] will be applied. This surcharge will be deducted from your refund.
- Return Process: Once you’ve packaged the shoes appropriately, include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the shipping box to expedite the return process.
- Return Shipping Costs: If your return is denied due to signs of use, the shoes will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned shoes and verify their condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [4] business days.

PickleballGalaxy's Clothing Return Policy
- Original Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Worn, washed, or altered items cannot be returned.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned items.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please write a clear note with this request, and we’ll send out the new item once we receive your return. Any items without a clear note will automatically refund to original form of payment.
- Final Sale Items: : Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
PickleballGalaxy's Bag Return Policy
- Condition Requirements: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! To return your Pickleball Bag, please ensure it’s in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. If a bag shows signs of use, we won’t be able to process the return, and it will be sent back to you at your expense.
- Gift Returns: If you received a Pickleball Bag as a gift, you’re welcome to return it for store credit or an exchange! Just include a note with the order number it was purchased under. Please note that there will be a shipping charge for any exchanges on gift items.
- Exceptions: We understand that personal touches are important! However, please be aware that Pickleball Bags that have been customized with names or logos are final sale and cannot be returned.
