This is a Christmas present for my daughter and son-in-law. She mentioned they’re interested in learning how to play pickleball. I’m not sure if they’re going to take lessons or learn on their own. I'm a former tennis player and new to Pickleball. Getting used to a "paddle" vs. a "racquet," took a bit of effort. But I'm enjoying the game and the Head Elite paddles. I have large hands and will likely add a bigger grip, but I like the feel and balance of this equipment. Price was more than reasonable and it was delivered on time.

Pickleball sets can be really pricey, I received this set as an Easter gift and it was great quality, shipped extremely quickly and has been a ton of fun to play with. The bag is perfect for walking from my apartment to the court and is a great compact size to store in my small apartment!

Got these for some beginners in the family. They picked it up quickly and we're hitting hard, well-placed shots on day one. I tried one and couldn't believe the size of the sweet spot and touch they had. Plays like a paddle at twice the price. For an extra set, beginner/intermediate player, or gifting for a new player to the sport, the value can't be beaten especially with the included balla and useful bag.

We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you! Here’s how it works:
- Simple Returns: No need to call us or request a return authorization number. Just send your items back using any trackable shipping method, and hold on to the tracking number. We don’t charge restocking fees!
- Fast Processing: We’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business once we receive it. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out to you directly.
- For the sake of expediency: We invite you to send your item in as a return and place a new order for your desired items. This results in you getting your gear you want quicker! We are happy to offer returns + reorders as well as exchanges. Whichever suits you better
You can return any equipment within 30 days of receiving your order, (For the Holiday Season the return period is extended to 1/31/25) as long as it meets our return requirements/conditions (See below). Just pack the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, phone number, and how you’d like us to process the return (refund or exchange).
We’ll refund you the full cost of the item, minus any original shipping charges and any upgrades (e.g., regripping, protection tape). If you received free items with your purchase, these must also be returned, or you will be charged for them.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We accept FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please ship your item using a trackable shipping method (and save your tracking number). PickleballGalaxy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping back to us.

We know how important it is to find the perfect paddle! That’s why we offer a 30-day return window. If your paddle doesn’t meet your needs or feel just right, you can easily send it back for a refund or exchange—no need to call ahead.
***This return period allows you to enjoy using the paddle after purchase, but it’s NOT meant for trying out multiple options with the intent to return. If you're interested in exploring different/multiple paddles, we kindly ask you to check out our Demo Program . We want to ensure a fair process, so please note that we may deny returns in cases of policy misuse, including:
- Purchasing multiple paddles and returning most or all of them used
- Excessive returns of used paddles within a 12-month period
- Significant wear or damage within the 30-day period
- Returning paddles with signs of misuse: Submitting returns that show evidence of being used inappropriately or for unintended purposes

Our Pickleball Paddle Demo Program has a maximum quantity of 1 ORDER PER CUSTOMER due to the overwhelming popularity of the Demo Program.
We have one of the a largest pickleball paddle DEMO exchange's in the country. And here's how it all works....The total charge for the whole program is $40. Your hard earned money gets you the following:

- FedEx return prepaid shipping tag
- $10 Off Loyalty Code towards the purchase of a paddle (within 30 days from return date)

When checking out after making your online demo purchase, make sure you choose the demo shipping method instead of standard ground. (if you purchase other products along with the demo program the DEMO shipping option will only appear if the added weight is under 2 lbs. If other items are in your cart that weigh more than 2 lbs there will be shipping costs associated with the additional items but will exclude the weight of the demo paddles)
Be aware that due to the popularity of this program there may be a delay in shipping the paddles you choose. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number when your paddles actually ship.
