PickleballGalaxy's Return/Exchange Policy

We want to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for you! Here’s how it works:

1. Simple Returns: No need to call us or request a return authorization number. Just send your items back using any trackable shipping method, and hold on to the tracking number. We don’t charge restocking fees!
2. Fast Processing: We’ll process your return or exchange within 3-5 business once we receive it. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out to you directly.
3. For the sake of expediency: We invite you to send your item in as a return and place a new order for your desired items. This results in you getting your gear you want quicker! We are happy to offer returns + reorders as well as exchanges. Whichever suits you better

You can return any equipment within 30 days of receiving your order, (For the Holiday Season the return period is extended to 1/31/25) as long as it meets our return requirements/conditions (See below). Just pack the item(s) along with a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, phone number, and how you’d like us to process the return (refund or exchange).

We’ll refund you the full cost of the item, minus any original shipping charges and any upgrades (e.g., regripping, protection tape). If you received free items with your purchase, these must also be returned, or you will be charged for them.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We accept FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Please ship your item using a trackable shipping method (and save your tracking number). PickleballGalaxy is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping back to us.

If you do not have access to an economical ship method; please reach out to us at [email protected]. We may be able to provide a shipping label and deduct the cost from your return.

For exchanges, the value of the returned item(s) will be applied toward your new purchase, and you’ll just need to cover the shipping for the new item.

PickleballGalaxy's Bag Return Policy

1. Condition Requirements: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! To return your Pickleball Bag, please ensure it’s in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. If a bag shows signs of use, we won’t be able to process the return, and it will be sent back to you at your expense.
2. Gift Returns: If you received a Pickleball Bag as a gift, you’re welcome to return it for store credit or an exchange! Just include a note with the order number it was purchased under. Please note that there will be a shipping charge for any exchanges on gift items.
3. Exceptions: We understand that personal touches are important! However, please be aware that Pickleball Bags that have been customized with names or logos are final sale and cannot be returned.
